About CAEE email
There will be tons of email generated in the next five years. To be able to separate emails from CAEE easily from spam about the next good thermo textbook, please put "CAEE" at the front of the subject line on all CAEE related correspondence. This will help you sort/filter. It can be done in any email environment. The two seconds it takes will save a lot of time over the long haul!

About CAEE file sharing:
We are using Xerox Docushare® for our file sharing environment. Click on the "Shared Files" link above to go to a Docushare login screen. (If you don't know your login, contact Jeff Aldrich.) Please log in and take a look around. We've separated things at the top level into six "collections", or folders. There is a space for the Evaluation Team, PEET, Insitute, Scholarship, and the Communications Team, as well as for Center-wide business. Within each folder there is a starter structure; Meetings/Events, Strategic Plan, and Supporting Documents. Please make any changes or additions to this initial setup to suit your needs.
